ARE WE ASKING THE BEST QUESTIONS?
Why is that you get every infection that goes by the front door? Why is it that you just get over one infection then you get another one? Why is it that your friend never gets an infection?
Why didn't the entire world's population die with the Bubonic Plague (Black Death) of 1347 - 1351? It killed an estimated 75 - 200 million, about 25% of Europe's population.
Why didn't the entire population of the world die because of the Spanish Flu of 1918? It killed an estimated 20 million to 50 million victims, including some 675,000 Americans.
Shouldn't we be asking how did people live through the Bubonic Plague, Spanish Flu, Bird Flu, H1N1 virus .......?
Or maybe we should be asking what has to happen in order to get an infection and come down with the disease?
